ARCTANGENT FESTIVAL, FERNHILL FARM, BRISTOL

Dear customer,

Please use this form to request the use of accessible provisions at ArcTanGent Festival. These facilities are available for anyone with a disability or health condition. They are not available to people with temporary impairments (such as broken limbs) or people who are pregnant.

We also offer a free Personal Assistant ticket for anyone who could not attend the festival without the support of another. You can apply for this using this form.

Application Process

To apply to use the accessible facilities at ArcTanGent Festival:
  • Purchase your ticket(s) through DICE or our Instalment Plans (if requesting a free PA ticket, do not include this in your ticket purchase as these are issued separately at a later date)
  • Complete the Access Request Form and include any supporting evidence
  • We will then be in contact with you via email to confirm the status of your application
  • Closer to the event, we will issue you with your Access Ticket to be scanned when collecting your festival wristbands

Submitting Evidence

To support your application, if possible, please provide a photocopy, scan, or image of one of the following:
  • Front page of PIP letter (dated within the past 12 months, no specific rate required)
  • Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (dated within the past 12 months, no specific rate required)
  • Valid Blue Badge + Drivers License photocard/Passport photo page
  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
  • Evidence of being registered as severely sight impaired (blind)


We ask for this supporting evidence to protect our facilities from misuse. Please feel free to block out sensitive information you do not wish us to see.

We recognise that the evidence above is not definitive, so we work on a case-by-case basis to ensure no one who needs to use our facilities misses out. If you do not have any of the listed documents but wish to apply to use our accessible facilities, please use Section 5 of this form to include a statement, describing how accessing these facilities would help you.

To speed up any future applications, we would like to add you to our Access Database.
