Please use this form to request the use of accessible provisions at ArcTanGent Festival 2026.

These facilities are available for anyone with a disability, health condition, or who is neurodivergent. Unfortunately, this does not include temporary impairments or pregnancies.

Application Process

To apply to use the accessible facilities at ArcTanGent Festival:

  • Purchase a ticket through our website.
  • Complete this Access Requirement Form and include any supporting evidence. (If you do not have any documentation, please use the 'Alternative Statement' option).
  • We will then be in contact to let you know if your application has been accepted, with further information on next steps and how to claim any accessibility tickets (i.e., Accessible Parking).
  • Closer to the event, you will receive an email detailing arrival information and any accessibility information specific to this year's event.

Please complete this form by clicking 'next' at the bottom of this page. To request an alternative format of this application, such as Large Text or Easy Read, please email us at access@arctangent.co.uk and we will endeavour to provide you with your requested format within 10 working days.

Submitting Your Supporting Documents

To support your application, if possible, please provide a photocopy, scan, or image of one of the following:
  • Front page of PIP letter (dated within the past 12 months, no specific rate required)
  • Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (dated within the past 12 months, no specific rate required)
  • Valid Blue Badge (both sides)
  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
  • Evidence of being registered as severely sight-impaired
We ask for this supporting evidence to protect our facilities from misuse. Please feel free to block out sensitive information you do not wish us to see.

We recognise that the evidence above is not definitive, so we work on a case-by-case basis to ensure no one who needs to use our facilities misses out. If you do not have any of the listed documents but wish to apply to use our accessible facilities, please use the alternative statement box on the 5th page to describe how accessing these facilities would help you.

Access Database

We no longer store Access Form data for over a year. This will mean that if you applied last year, you will need to reapply for access facilities in 2026. It is really important to us that your data is safe and that if you have any changes to your access needs, your data will be the most up-to-date.
